Star Glue Works was the first local manufacturer for Liquid and Pearl Glue in Egypt. It is a medium size company operating within a niche industry known as the Animal By-product Industry. With the new factory situated in Borg El Arab, Star Glue can process up to 10,000 tons of raw Bones per year, producing Fat/Grease, Liquid and Pearl Glue, Tri-Calcium Phosphate, and Hoof & Horn products.

Since the move in 1997, Star Glue Works acquired the ISO 9001/2000 and achieved dominance in the Egyptian market, while exporting simultaneously to international markets such as Germany, Italy, UK and USA.
